1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Railways Control Act, 1890.2. Construction, etc., of railways prohibited
No person shall have the right to construct and exploit within the limits of Swaziland any rail or tramways propelled other than by animal power without having obtained the express consent of the Minister of Public Works and Transport thereto and may impose penalties therein in respect of a breach thereof.3. Regulations
The Minister may make such regulations and take such measures as may be necessary and desirable to carry into effect and maintain the provisions of section 2.History of this document
