An Act to make provision for the formation, maintenance, control and management of a rifle association and for matters incidental thereto.

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Rifle Association Act, No. 61 of 1940.

2. Formation, etc. of a rifle association

The Prime Minister may by notice in the Gazette make regulations relating to the formation, maintenance, control and management of a rifle association[Amended P.27/1962]
