1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Currency (Commemorate Coinage) Act, 1968.2. Interpretation

4. Remedy or tolerance (Schedule)
In striking the gold and silver coins, such remedy or tolerance from the standard weight and standard fineness respectively specified in the third and fifth columns of the Schedule as does not exceed the amounts respectively specified in the sixth and seventh columns of the Schedule shall be allowed.5. Minister’s powers
The Minister may, by regulations published in the Gazette, determine the design and the dimensions of a coin to be struck and issued under this Act.6. Legal tender (Schedule)
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Currency Act, No. 74 of 1960, the coins referred to in the first column of the Schedule shall be legal tender as follows—History of this document
