The accused has pleaded guilty to culpable homicide and the Crown has accepted the plea to culpable homicide. His Crown Counsel also indicated that that were per instructions that you are guilty of culpable homicide. The Crown has now given the court in bread outline the details which led to the stabbing of the deceased.
The court is satisfied that he is guilty of culpable homicide and finds him guilty as such.
