This is an application by the applicant for an order compelling the commissioner of Police to return to the applicant a vehicle found in his possession and which he suspect of having been stolen because there is a difference between the engine numbers and the numbers appearing in the registration. This application too is defective in that the applicant does not show that the vehicle which was attached is the same vehicle which is referred to in the Blue Book There is no evidence that the two vehicles are the same vehicle and for this reason I am not prepared on this matter on the papers to make the order required by the applicant.
This application too is dismissed with costs.
