[1] The three accused were originally charged with the offence of murder where it was alleged that upon or about 1^st April, 2005, and at or near Zombodze area in the Shiselweni Region, the said accused persons one or all of them acting in furtherance of a common purpose,

JUDGMENT

justified in suspending part or the whole custodial sentence to be imposed. The injuries inflicted on the deceased were extensive and are consistent with a sustained attack. In the circumstance a sentence of 10 years imprisonment is imposed on each of the three accused. The sentence will, however, take effect from the 2^nd April 2005.
