[1] The Applicants filed an urgent application on the 1^st October 2008, for an order in terms of prayers 1 to 3.2 which is opposed by all the Respondents. The said Respondents have raised points in limine which were heard by the court. After considering these points I am inclined to agree with the Respondents that the application ought to be dismissed in limine. Full reasons for the courts decision will be furnished in due course. The costs of the application to follow the events.
