The Plaintiffs claim arises from injuries sustained after she was bitten by dogs. She alleges belong to the defendant. The Plaintiff pleaded in her particulars of claim that on the 16thFebruary 2019 while walking along a  path commonly used by pedestrian's several metres in front of the Defendant's property she was severely mauled by several mixed breed dogs which were at all material times owned by the defendant and which had escaped from defendants property.
