Criminal Law - Seif -defence raised by the accused - held that the shield of self-defence is not available for the accused - further held that the prosecution had not succeeded to prove intention to kW but that the accused had acted negligently when kWing the deceased - hence accused found not guilty of murder but guilty of culpable homicide.
