Nyoni v Dlamini and another (1495 of 2022) [2022] SZHC 507 (23 December 2022)

The Applicant is the Managing Director and he conducts the day to day business of the 2nd Respondent. The 1 st Respondent is also involved in the operation of the business because he authorizes the transactions for the purchase of stock for the sustenance of the 2nd Respondent. The 2nd Respondent operates two business bank accounts, one with FNB and the other with Standard Bank. The operation of the two accounts is explained by the Applicant in detail hereunder.
