Nkambule and Others v Rex (188 of 2023) [2023] SZHC 143 (8 June 2023)

The applicants were charged with the crime of murder in that "upon or about  the 11t  h February  2023  and  at  or  near  Mvabuhlungu  are in  the Lubombo district, the accused person, either each or all of them acting jointly and in furtherance of a common purpose did unlawfully and internationally kill one Joseph Mbokodvo Gadlela by shooting him once on the stomach with a 12 bore shotgun and further hacked him with a bush knife on the head and arms several times and did thereby commit the said crime" per the indictment.
