The appellant was arrested by the Manzini police on the l't December, 2020. He was then charged with the offence of contravening Section 3 (1) as read, as read with Section 3 (c) of the Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Act 15/2018. He is said to have had sexual intercourse once without a condom with Ntombikayise Dlamini a female juvenile aged 13 years.
