Applicant for bail on charges of Robbery and Attempted Murder -Applicant alleges that he meets all the established requirements for the grant of bail. - Applicant alleges that he is the sole breadwinner, who is entirely responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of his elderly and sickly mother, as well as his unemployed sister. The Applicant also alleges that he is gainfully employed, and his continued incarceration is putting his employment at risk. According to the Applicant these amount to exceptional circumstances that warrant his release on bail.
