Rex v Nkomonye (134 of 2020) [2023] SZHC 238 (30 August 2023)

Criminal Proceedings-Accused person charged with the offence of Attempted Murder. Accused person initially arguing that he hacked complainant with a bush knife because the latter had come to his home to commit an offence late in the night. Accused later changing his approach and stating that he is sorry for his actions and that he has already asked for forgiveness from the complainant whom he had mistaken for someone who had come to commit an offence at his home.
