The Accused persons, Thami Mhlongo and Zweli Neliso Dlamini are facing a single count of murder in that it is alleged by the Crown that on or around the 24th May 2020, at Mavalela area in the Lubombo Region, said accused persons, acting jointly and severally with others who are fugitives of justice and, in furtherance of a common purpose, did unlawfully and intentionally kill one Mncedisi Matse and thus did commit the crime of Murder.
