On the 17th day of April,2023, the accused named herein was convicted by the Senior Magistrate in the Mbabane Magistrate court for statutory rape. He was said to have contravened Section 3 (1) (2) (d) (e) as red together with Section 3 (9) (c) of Sexual Offence and Domestic Violence Act no. 15/2018
