Criminal Law and Procedure -Accused charged with murder - To prove commission of the offence, Crown relies, on a c011fessio11 made by the accused, evidence of pointing out and extra-curial statements made by accused person to third parties - Court  finds that the Crown has discharged the onus of proof to prove beyond reasonable doubt, commission of the offence - Accused accordingly found guilty of murder.
