The Applicant instituted proceedings seeking an interdictory relief and other ancillary orders to suspend the winding up and distribution of the deceased testamentary estate, fourteen years after the deceased death pending finalization of an action proceedings to be instituted by Applicant challenging the validity of the Will and Testament of his deceased father.
