There was no objection to the filing of this notice of substitution by the Respondents whereby Inkhosatane Gelane Zwane was substituted with Chief Bhozongo, the incumbent applicant. I have referred to this Section simply to demonstrate that the substitution of Chief Bhozongo is in accordance with the Rules of Court,
