Murder - Initially two (2) Accused persons were charged
with the offence of murder - At the beginning of the trial the crown made an application in terms of Section 234 of The Criminal Procedure and Evidence Act No. 38 of 1967 to withdraw the charges against Accused number 2 and thereafter made him an accomplice witness - Evidence led before court legal circumstantial evidence principles re stated - Accused 2 guilty of murder.
