[1] After having listened to submissions made on behalf of the parties herein, the Court concludes that an interim order would be incompetent to grant given the circumstances of the matter.
[2] The Applicant must elect if he wishes to pursue the application given that the elections are scheduled to take place in the afternoon of the 13th June 2018. In the event that the Applicant elects to proceed with the application, he may have to amend his prayers accordingly. The Applicant is given 3 days within which to make an election if he wishes to proceed with the matter or withdraw same. If the matter is to proceed, the parties will have to exchange their pleadings on or before the 18th June 2018 and have the matter set down accordingly. For now the matter is to be removed from the roll.
