Case summary
 The parties signed a Memorandum of Agreement on the 24th August 2018, and it was registered as an order of the Court on the 25th August 2020. The Applicant alleges that the Respondent is refusing to comply and implement the provisions of article 3.2 of the Salary Review Report by LCC as contained in the agreement.
