The Applicants has brought an application to this Honourable Court directing the enforcement of a Court order issued by this Court- further for the removal of the Chairperson of the hearing as she is functus officio, and thereafter for the matter to start de novo, as the conduct by the Chairperson is in violation of his contract of employment. The application is opposed by the 2nd Respondent- points in limine raised- Court is functus officio- res judicata- abuse of Court process -dispute of facts
