This matter first came before us on the 22 December 2022, through a certificate of urgency in which Applicant sought to challenge Respondent's decision of placing her under suspension without pay. Indeed, it was on this note that Mr. S Simelane, who appeared on behalf of the Respondent applied for leave of this Court to be granted more time so as to take further inst1uctions from his client.
