The Applicants have moved an urgent application to this Honourable Court seeking an order that the retrenchment notice issued by the 1'1 Respondent be declared null and void-further that the 1st Respondent comply with the provisions of Section 40 of The Employment Act, 1980- the application is opposed by the ZS1 Respondent-points in limine raised- ad urgency-ad matter has been overtaken by events-ad none compliance with Rule 15(1) and (2) (b) of Rules of Court.
