Presented before this Court is an application that came as way of urgency brought by the Applicant seeking the setting aside of the appointment of the (1st) First Respondent by the Principal Secretary of the Ministry of Works and Transport( 2rd Respondent) to the position of Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Construction Industry Council (CIC).
