Review of the Supreme Court Judgment in terms of Section 148 (2)  of  the Constitution - Supreme Court in its Appellate jurisdiction granted an appeal by the current Respondent who had appealed against a judgment of the High Court compelling the Umbutfo Eswatini Defense Force (UEDF) to pay him damages in excess of El Million for injuries inflicted on the Applicant allegedly by members of the UEDF who were allegedly acting within the course and scope of their duties - Contending that the Supreme Court had acted irregularly in upholding the appeal and setting aside the judgment of the High Court, the Applicant  instituted  the current review proceedings in terms of Section 148 (2) of  the  Constitution  - Whether on irregularity on the part of the Supreme Court sitting in its appellate jurisdiction hos been established - Whether a case has been made for the relief sought.
