Mhlongo v King (07-2023) [2023] SZSC 55 (4 December 2023)

Criminal law- Appropriate verdict, murder or culpable homicide.  Appellant chasing after deceased, and catching him. Victim overpowered, tied with a rope and bungled into a motor vehicle.  Appellant repeatedly and viciously assault victim all over the body with a motley of weapons. Victim suffered multiple injuries some of which are fatal. Victim dies in hospital undergoing medical attention
