NOTICE IN TERMS OF THE INDUSTRIAL COURT OF APPEAL RULES 1997
Be pleased to take notice that the Honourable Chief Justice has directed that the second session of the Industrial Court of Appeal is scheduled to take place from the 31st July 2023 to 30th November 2023.
Appellants and Respondents are directed to file and serve Heads of Argument and bundle of authorities to be quoted in support of each head in terms of Rule 22.
The attention of Practising Attorneys is drawn to Rule 21 with regard to the timeous lodging and certification of proceedings.
Attorneys are urged to comply with the limits set in this notice.
