In Claim 1 the Plaintiff claimed the award of damages for contumelia associated with assault. The Plaintiff assaulted 011 the cheeks with open hands. Assault in full view of the public. Plaintiff felt humiliated and his dignity or reputation attacked. In Claim 2 Plaintiff brought quotations for panel beating and repairs to the rear part of his damaged vehicle as a result of damage caused by Defendant's vehicle.
